About Me
 First let me start with the basics. My name is Amy Wahl, I am joyfully married to my best friend and high school sweetheart, and I am the mom of SIX rough and rowdy boys. My love for photography started as a child, as I watched my grandfather, and father taking photos. I attended Antonelli Art Institute. At Antonelli, is where I discovered my love for portrait photography. I have been taking portraits for roughly 10 years. I expanded to action sports photos four years ago when my oldest son started playing football. Two years ago my family experienced a tragic house fire where I lost the majority of my portfolio and work. I have been steadily blessed with more opportunities to rebuild my portfolio.
I want to tell you my goal as a photographer and my vision for your portraits. I am a very flexible and easy to work with photographer. If you feel a pose, a location, anything is not working for you please tell me and we can change it immediately. I want you to love these photos! I am not a photographer who will pose you, I want you to look natural and like you do everyday. My goal with children’s portraits is simply to let them guide me through our time. I am happy to follow them and let them set the pace. I want to draw out their personality and that takes time. I want to capture them as you see them everyday. My hope and prayer is that after your photo session with me, you will feel like we captured and created memories that you will fill your heart and home.
